When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
It typically takes between 10 to 22 business days for your item to arrive at your home.
During busy periods, shipping may take up to 6 days. We use La Poste for deliveries, and we do not work with pickup points.
My order is incomplete.
As we have different storage locations and work with various manufacturers, you may receive your products in separate packages.
Don't worry if you don’t receive everything at once.
Our average delivery times are 10 to 22 business days. Some parcels may take slightly longer.
However, if you have not received your order after 35 business days, we will issue a full refund, and you can keep the item when it arrives.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, typically within 12 hours.
Therefore, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send an email for cancellation or modification to mycatyworld@gmail.com.
After this time, your items will have already been shipped, and we won’t be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective.
Despite our careful selection of trusted couriers, your parcel may arrive damaged.
If this happens or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at mycatyworld@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defective)
- A photo or video
You will not need to return the product, and we will refund you directly in the form of a store credit (if you prefer a different refund method, please let us know).
