Returns & Exchanges:

At MyCatyWorld, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions so that you won’t be surprised when you receive your items. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in processing orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at mycatyworld@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is imperative that you contact us during this window to try and cancel your order before it’s processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation requests will be accepted once your order has been processed.

Address Error:

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to correct it. Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In these cases, the parcels may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either a refund (minus shipping fees) or a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund until your parcel has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you’re dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form, sign it, and send it back with your package to the address we’ll provide when you contact our support team.
